Pricing, GST & Availability
- Australian prices are listed in AUD and include GST
New Zealand prices are listed in NZD and exclude GST
Prices and stock availability are subject to change and valid only at the time shown online. If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative or issue a full refund.
Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Panda Slippers reserves the right to cancel orders due to payment issues, invalid details, failed identity verification, stock unavailability, or where delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Delivery, returns, and refunds are subject to our Delivery Policy and Returns Policy.
Panda Slippers offers a 60-Day Free Return Policy* in line with Australian Consumer Law on full priced items only. Sale items will recover the customer to cover any delivery fees.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Reviews & User Content
You may submit reviews or comments provided the content is lawful, respectful, and not misleading or harmful. Panda Slippers may remove content at any time.
By submitting content, you grant Panda Slippers the right to use it for website and marketing purposes.
Vouchers, Gift Cards & Promotions
Vouchers are single-use, non-redeemable for cash, and subject to stated conditions
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months, non-refundable, and not replaceable if lost or stolen
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms at the time of promotion

Risk of loss passes to you once goods are delivered to our nominated courier.
