Returns Portal

Panda Slippers accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from the Panda Slippers website. Full-priced items qualify for free return postage within Australia (once per order), while discounted items will incur a $10 return postage fee deducted from the refund. Footcare accessories are not eligible for return, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and exchanges are not offered at this time.
